Recurring, tiered, and uncapped
Commission is a set percentage of the net subscription fees InfraByte actually receives from your referrals each month — not a one-off bounty, and not capped at 12 months. As long as they stay subscribed, you keep earning. The rate itself is one flat table — it moves with how many active Qualified Referrals you’re carrying that month, nothing else.

The rate is assessed fresh every month and applies to all your commission that month, not just the referrals past the threshold — so it can move down again if referrals churn, as well as up.

Figures are per month, per active Qualified Referral, for as long as they stay subscribed — calculated on the ex-GST subscription fee actually received, not invoiced. Excludes pay-per-consumption usage (PPSR, VIN/Rego decodes, valuations, SMS, AI Assistant tokens), one-off fees, GST and anything refunded or credited.

Paid monthly, in arrears
Commission is calculated on amounts actually received in a given month and paid within 30 days of month end.
$100 minimum balance
Paid once your balance clears $100 — smaller balances simply roll into the next month, never forfeited.
Valid ABN required
Paid against your tax invoice (or RCTI, if agreed); GST is added to the commission payment where applicable.
Clawback, no time limit
If a client payment is later refunded or reversed, the corresponding commission is deducted from your next payment — whenever that happens.
Your code, recorded once, kept for life
Automatic via your link
Your referral code rides along as part of the sign-up link — no extra step for the person you refer.
Manual entry works too
If they land on sign-up directly, they can type your code themselves on the first step of the wizard.
No expiry
A trial that carries your code keeps your attribution for the life of that client’s subscription — even if they convert years later.
No self-referral
A code can’t earn commission on your own business or one you own or control.
